Got a problem with cutting corners please help

Hi

i bought a laser recently and got problems with cutting corners when laser is cutting fromm X to Y line is so shaked, from Y to X its good.
id tried to draw and cutt from Lasercut and export from corel still same problem. i got laser with MPC6525
tried to look in the settings and set less acceleration but still same problem

How can i fix it? can it be fixed from settings in LaserCut? or its hardware problem?? thanks

Hi,

you can try the following:

-slow down cutting speed
-slow down 'start speed' at machine options
- tighten the focus head

i fixed it by slowing down work acceleration, and slowing down Y and X maxchangespeed
